The Volkswagen Group is committed to corporate social responsibility and community work in all of our dealerships across Australia. Below are some of the important initiatives and projects through which dealerships are engaging with their local communities.
AFL Mighty Magpies
John Oxley Volkswagen
John Oxley Volkswagen have been associated with the Port Macquarie AFL club – the Mighty Magpies – for approximately 3 years, providing support and display cars at home games throughout the season. With the support of partners like Volkswagen the club is able to keep business running.

John Oxley Volkswagen
John Oxley Volkswagen was part of a golf day held by Make a Difference Port Macquarie to raise funds for an Orange Sky Laundry van to be present in the Port Macquarie Hastings region. The Volkswagen Transporter Van is equipped with washing machines and dryers to assist the homeless in the region.
Menslink
Lennock Volkswagen
Lennock Volkswagen is a principal supporter of Menslink, an organisation established to meet the increasing needs of young men and their families in our community. They provide vehicles for transportation and fundraising to help Menslink carry out their good work.
Canberra Hospital Foundation
Lennock Volkswagen
Lennock Volkswagen are also supporters of the Canberra Hospital Foundation. They assist them in a range of fundraising and community initiatives.
Over various years, Lennock Volkswagen have donated five cars to raffle events which has helped to raise funds for the foundation. More recently, they supplied a Passat Wagon to the newly completed Rehabilitation Courtyard at the University of Canberra Public Hospital to assist patients with their rehabilitation needs.
The A.P. Eagers Foundation
Austral Volkswagen
A.P. Eagers is Australia's oldest listed automotive retail group and in 2013 launched the A.P. Eagers Foundation to support their philanthropic efforts.
Together with Austral Volkswagen, they support the Royal Flying Doctors Service Doctor Service of Australia, and recently gifted a Volkswagen Jetta, which the RFDS use to keep their business running.
