Delivery
time on vehicles is dependent
on several factors, including availability of
stock, optional extra's to be added and
build dates.
If a dealership has your vehicle in stock, they should be able to provide you with a fairly short delivery time. However, if a vehicle needs to be ordered and built to specification, this process can take between 4 and 6 months depending on the model.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Contact Centre on 1800 607 822.

Volkswagen
Group Australia does not
recommend running our vehicles on biodiesel or
ethanol blended fuels, as it could affect
the longevity and driveability of the engine.
Volkswagen understands our customers are environmentally and/or financially conscious and are working on a satisfactory outcome as interest increases for this fuel.

Just because your new vehicle warranty expires
doesn't mean you won't have rights to
have your car repaired under the Australian
Consumer Law.
If you'd like the certainty of extending your manufacturer's warranty coverage, we recommend that you contact your selling dealer who should be able to assist with your enquiry. You may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law during any extended warranty period.

The consumption indicator in the instrument
cluster is not a calibrated instrument.
Therefore, the consumption cannot be exactly
deduced by refuelling. Deviation due to the
individual switch-off behaviour of the petrol
pump nozzle and the temperature related
expansion behaviour of fuel and tank as well as
a slightly sloping position of the
vehicle may have an influence on measurement.
The consumption figures published by the media, sales brochures and in owner's manuals are determined based on the ADR fuel consumption measurement. It defines, for example, reproducible conditions on a pre-established driving cycle that represents both city and highway driving conditions, and is simulated on a roller dynamometer.
The consumption claims based on the mentioned ADR directive are figures ascertained under precisely defined conditions in order to make them comparable amongst competitors. However, you will not experience these conditions in day-to-day operation, so the comparison must be critically assessed right from the start.
Driving style, road conditions, environmental influences, vehicle conditions and accessories fitted, will mean fuel consumption figures will generally differ from those advertised. Advertised figures are meant for comparison of vehicles only.
If there remains a suspicion of a vehicle defect, please contact the service department at your local Volkswagen Dealership.
