How to use this form

The Pressure Accumulator Recall Claim Form provides an easy claim process for our customers when doing so. The Claim Form collects all relevant information necessary for Volkswagen Group Australia to make a fair assessment, deliver a compliant outcome and process payments efficiently.

Simply complete the form by providing the requested information and attaching requested documentation. Examples of documentation you may include but are not limited to;

Vehicle registration transfer
Notice of disposal
Tax invoices

Claims will not be reviewed without supporting evidence. If Volkswagen Group Australia agrees to pay an amount to you, payment will be processed by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), whereby you will be asked to provide your bank details.
